Welcome to Novo Training

Novo Training provides specialised training for staff working in Social Care Services and operational training suitable for staff in any workplace.

Our Trainers are:

• Experienced in management within social care settings
  (Learning Disability)
• Qualified Teachers

Novo Training employs Co-Trainers to share in the delivery of some courses. Our Co-Trainers will have had experience of using particular Social Care Services.

We are based in Fareham, Hampshire.
